STUDENT BEER PONG TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased from this web site, and do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to this site, the disclaimers and these terms and conditions at any time. Please take time to read through the below before placing your order:
1. Accepting your order. Payment must be received in full before we will accept and process your order. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order. Student Beer Pong LLP will notify acceptance of your order by e-mail, the acceptance of the order on our part is the binding contract created between us.
2. Availability and Delivery. If we are unable to supply the products ordered by you, we will inform you of an alternative product or a realistic delivery date. We will endeavor to deliver your goods (to a UK address) within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery will take place at the address supplied to you when your order was placed. Upon delivery you will become the owner and we will not be liable for any loss or subsequent damage. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Student Beer Pong LLP as soon as possible. Our standard delivery service or alternative pre-agreed guaranteed apply to the majority of the UK mainland. Remote parts of the UK and any delivery that involves a sea crossing may be subject to a surcharge - we will always advise you of this in advance of accepting your order. We are a UK company supplying UK customers.

3. Pricing Policy. All our prices are subject to postage and packing charges which will be confirmed to you as your order is processed. Although we ensure all are prices are correct, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error of any ordered goods we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
4. Your right to cancel. If for whatever reason any goods purchased from our site are faulty, then we will refund you the cost of the product. You must notify us within 7 days of goods being delivered (and return the faulty product within 21 days) if the goods are faulty and you wish to return them. If you are returning goods then you will be responsible for the cost of their return. On their return, we will endeavor to process all authorised refunds within 7 working days. They must also be in their original condition (i.e. unused and in their original packaging). We strongly advise that an insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) is used to return goods. Student Beer Pong LLP does not accept liability (except as set out in this document) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Products which are in normal condition can not be refunded
5. Complaints. Should you wish to make a complaint you can contact our customer services department online at info@studentbeerpong.com.
6. Children and Parents. Student Beer Pong is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Student Beer Pong LLP does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children in any way shape or form. It is always suggested that water be used when playing with Student Beer Pong equipment.
We will acknowledge your complaint immediately and advise how long we anticipate a resolution. If we deliver any damaged or incorrect products you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the agreed delivery period, you should notify us within 21 days of placing your order. We are governed by UK law.
7.Links to Third Party Sites. Student Beer Pong may provide Uuers with links to other websites. These third party sites are not under the control of Student Beer Pong and user acknowledges that Student Beer Pong is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials available from such third party sites. User also agrees that Student Beer Pong shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of using any third party's website.
